By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility 
By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. 

2. Product Descriptions & Handmade Nature 
All jewelry is handcrafted and made to order unless otherwise specified. Because we use natural, raw gemstones: 
Variations in color, texture, size, and inclusions are natural and expected. Product photos are representative but not exact replicas. 
Natural variations are not considered defects. 
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching due to differences in screen calibration. 

3. Custom & Personalized Orders 
Personalized and custom-made items (including birthstone combinations, modified sizing, or special requests) are final sale unless defective. 
Customers are responsible for reviewing customization selections before completing checkout. 

4. Pricing & Payment 
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). 
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from such errors. 
Payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card information. 

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
Fraud suspicion 
Payment authorization failure 
Pricing errors 
If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued. 

6. Intellectual Property 
All content on this website — including product designs, images, branding, text, and graphics — is protected intellectual property and may not be used without written permission. 

7. Limitation of Liability 
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law: 
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 
Jewelry must be used and cared for responsibly. 
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or misuse. 
Some states do not allow limitations on certain damages; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 

8. Governing Law 
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer protection and e commerce laws governing transactions with U.S. customers. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY  


Order Processing 
All items are made to order. 
Production time is clearly listed on each product page and begins once payment is confirmed. 
Production time is separate from shipping time. 

U.S. Shipping 
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. 
Estimated delivery after production: 
Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days 
Expedited Shipping: Based on selected option
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. 

International Shipping 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. 
Customers are responsible for any such fees. 
Incorrect Shipping Address 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Lost or

Delayed Packages 
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will assist in filing a carrier claim. 
Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. 

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY  

Return Window 
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify: 
Item must be unworn and undamaged 
Returned in original packaging 
Proof of purchase required 
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.

Non-Returnable Items 
The following are final sales: 
Custom or personalized jewelry 
Birthstone combinations made specifically for you 
Items marked final sale 
These exclusions are disclosed prior to purchase in accordance with U.S. consumer transparency standards.

Damaged or Defective Items 
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. 
We will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. 
Refund Processing 
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. 
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. 
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. 

Exchanges 
Exchanges may be offered, subject to availability. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defect.
